Can we ask questions related to pharmaceutical sciences? I need to create a report for handle_url_tag($matches[1], $matches[2]) and can't find a suitable forum for it.

Sure, if you want, but I wouldn't expect much of a response.
This forum is mostly just people asking questions about RF-Cloning and me answering.
